Thank you for your interest in the Grow Your Wealth Conference. We are committed to delivering an exceptional event experience and appreciate your understanding of the refund policy outlined below.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are processed securely through our designated ticketing platform. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because this is a live, in-person event with limited seating and planning commitments made in advance, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Refund requests made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event.
- All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
To transfer a ticket:
- Submit a written request via email to conference@learngrowinvestclub.com
- Include your order confirmation number
- Provide the full name and email address of the new attendee
Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the event.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that Grow Your Wealth Conference is postponed or cancelled:
- If postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
- If canceled, you will be given the option of:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future Learn Grow Invest event.
The organisers are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation costs.
5. Force Majeure
The event organisers shall not be liable for cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters,
- Government restrictions,
- Acts of God, or
- Other emergencies.
